Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential customers through research, prospecting, and cold calling
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products and services
    • Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales
    • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address customer concerns or issues
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territory or market segment
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
    • Participate in trade shows and other promotional events to generate leads and increase brand awareness
    • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
    • Collaborate with colleagues and management to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • Proven experience as a sales representative, with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products and services
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
    • Willingness to travel within assigned territory or market segment
    • Familiarity with industry trends, products, and competitors
